I’m really really excited about some changes that will be coming to the blog in a few months!
“Hold the phone, Whit, you’re changing the blog???”
Well, yes and no…
I will still be posting outfits, a How-to and a DIY thrown in here and there (working on one right now), and my style is most certainly not changing any time soon, but I think little changes here and there (and one BIG change) will be very beneficial for the blog, and ultimately, for YOU, my readers and my friends.
After all, this blog would not be where it is today without your continued support, seriously, you guys, I read every single one of your comments and suggestions, and I enjoying hearing your advice!
For the past few months, I have been seriously considering making some changes that would reflect my style and personality, and ultimately, the blog’s personality (yes, it has a personality!). This blogging thing has been such an amazing experience, and I feel like I have grown so much as a writer, that it’s time I nailed down the exact blog design that reflects my voice and what you, my readers and friends, have come to expect each time you stop by to visit. 🙂
So this is where you come in:
Is there anything that YOU’D like to see happen/appear on the blog?
Would you like to see more DIYs, shopping haul videos, any sort of videos, maybe once a month have a Q&A where you send in your questions about anything; beauty, styling tips, general life questions, you name it, and I post the questions along with my answers (within reason, of course)! ;). It would sort of be like grabbing coffee together and having a chat. Girl time :D.
I will certainly be keeping you all closely in the loop about what’s going on, I’ll be working closely with Tiffany Kuehl designs to redesign the blog’s layout (SUPER excited), and I’ll definitely post tidbits here and there (be sure to follow along on Instagram and Twitter! @simplywhitsl), and I will definitely be asking you all for some advice on some layout options!
I’m thinking black, pink and gold; or black, red and gold….
