Hello, lovelies!
I’ve got some excited things heading your way this week on the bloggy-blog, and to our delight (and the detriment of our wallets), it just so happens to revolve around J.Crew! Some of you may or may not have been involved with the Herringbone vest craze that happened last week on Instagram (which is now going for more than DOUBLE the original price on eBay!!), but both the retail and factory store have been coming out with some incredible pieces this fall! Let’s just say that I will be saving my pennies up for some of them because they are just too awesome to pass up (you’ll see my wishlist either tomorrow or Wednesday!!).
Thursday evening, I will be attending a Styling Event at my local J.Crew to try on and style some the new collection that will be debuting. I already got a sneak peek at some of the pieces in store, and I am UBER excited about them (leather, leopard, and jewels, OH MY)!! WELL, today I am sharing one of my favorite topics: J.Crew Statement Necklaces. As I am sure many of you do, I have a strong love-affair with a gorgeous statement necklace. They can dress up a t-shirt, add a pop of color to a neutral outfit, etc. When the new collection came out at J.Crew, it was definitely swoon-worthy. The spring and summer jewels were amazing, and J.Crew did not disappoint with their fall collection. Deep emeralds and gorgeous blues and purples. Totally in love!!! Price tag kinda interrupted the moment I was having with the display case. So, as any smart budget fashionista would do, I began stalking the internet for look-alikes for less. It didn’t take long (less than a week!) for the pieces to make their debut (thank you budget gods!!).
So ladies, if you are drooling over the J.Crew looks but the prices are scaring your wallet into hiding (or my husband from even looking at them), then look no further than this list I have compiled for you! I’m sure the prices are much more wallet- (and hubby) friendly!
