Hey everyone!

So many of you have been expressing interest in my “bump”/maternity style, and I thought I’d give you a peek into what I’ve been wearing lately!  Right now, I’m in that awkward phase of not-quite-big enough to wear maternity clothes, but also growing out of more than half of my spring & summer wardrobe.  Both a sweet and annoying problem to have ;).

So lately, I’ve been wearing the HECK out of my maternity jeans and shorts, and adding comfy, loose tops with them.  Button downs are hit or miss right now, as school is still in session and my classroom is a pretty active environment!

I didn’t get a good sideways shot of the bump, but it really is there, I promise!  There are days when I wake up and think that I grew overnight, and other days I barely look pregnant, never mind that I’m 5 months today (woohoo, halfway there!).

While I’m sure I will “bump out” pretty soon, I’ll try to look on the bright side in that I can still wear regular clothes…Because I’m pretty sure that come October, I will want to even think about getting dressed!

And for some reason, I have been really drawn to anything with stripes.  I’ve worn this grey sweater over and over again, my striped t-shirts have been getting lots of love….No idea why, but I’m really loving stripes lately!maternity striped t-shirt

I’m currently working on a post to share with you all what I’ve been adding to my closet for the summer–I’ve had LOTS of dresses and flowy tops on my mind, especially with the growing bump!  But don’t worry—none of it is actually maternity, so stay tuned!

Stay Classy!
