Oh spring, glorious spring; the weather has been warm and sunny the past couple of days, and I couldn’t be HAPPIER!! How many of you had their mood instantly energized after spending a few moments out in the sun??? I know I sure did!
On the other hand, who is still dragging in the mornings, thanks to Daylight Savings? I’m all excited about having the extra hour of sunlight in the evening, but this whole losing an hour of sleep really killed me on Sunday. 😛
I had to be at church by 7:30 AM (6:30 old time!) because I am in the handbells choir, and we were performing for both services. Which meant that if I wanted to look presentable, I would have to get up at 5 (girlfriend’s got a lot of hair!). Oh, did I mention that was FOUR in the morning old time??
And I got less than five hours of sleep.
I’m still playing catch-up 😛
It seems like that by the time we finally get use to the time change, it’s time to change it AGAIN.
HOWEVER, the best thing about this time change is that the sun did not begin to set until just before 8 o’clock.
Soooo, about this skirt….I would just like to say that I am SO SO sorry that it’s completely sold out…I wish everyone could have this amazingly gorgeous skirt! It literally sold out at The Crystal Feather Boutique within the first few hours it was posted! I have been dying to get my hands on a blue polka dot skirt ever since this J.Crew pretty sold out last year, and when Megan announced on Instagram that this skirt would be coming to the shop, I literally checked the boutique every single day until it was available!
Aaaaand it’s UK blue…#score. Pretty excited to wear this all spring/summer/tailgate season long.
If I find a skirt that’s similar, I will make sure to let you fashionistas know! Seriously, I believe everyone should have this skirt. 🙂
