On a lighter note, this outfit I have planned for a date night is colorful, bright, and still summer appropriate for these last days of summer. :D. I know I am one of the last ones on the Target pink seahorse shirt trend, but I am happy I finally landed the shirt! Not because I couldn’t be the only one without the shirt (I almost didn’t buy it because of not wanting to purchase it for the wrong reason), but I really really adore the print!! Same thing with this fan fringe necklace I snagged from veryjane.com. It pays to wait (or, not pay as much?).
I loved putting together this outfit because the accessories are what really pulls this look together. The shoes are the same navy and pink shades that are in the necklace and clutch, as well as the jacket. Of course, these bright yellow pants were begging to make an appearance so I just had to include another bright color!
