Dear Summer Wardrobe,
I’m so over you. We’ve had some great moments, you and I, with off the shoulder this, and tasseled-that, and somehow we’ve managed to be successful in the balancing act of being pregnant but still maintaining some semblance of style.

But I’ve got to be honest with you, Summer Wardrobe, I’ve seen too much of you. You’re like that boyfriend that you do EVERYTHING together, hanging out, like, all the time, but then after awhile, they get clingy.

It was great while it lasted, Summer Wardrobe, you really outdid yourself this summer with your oh-so-comfy dresses, espadrille wedges, and pineapple prints. I’ve basically lived in my white striped maternity t-shirt since. You certainly swept me off my feet more than any other past Summer Wardrobe has.

You had me at white denim.

But the spark is gone. I’m no longer excited to get dressed in the mornings, and to be honest, it’s becoming a lot of work. I will always remember our long summer days and nights spent wandering around town. And we’ll always have Charlotte.

So I think it’s time we started seeing other people. It was great while it lasted, and like any summer lovin’, we had a blast. We’ll still be friends, but the romance is done.
