One of my favorite things to do, lately, is to check out all of the parks that Cincinnati has to offer!  Lilly and I go to the park near our home at least once a week, and walk around, play on the playground, people watch…Lilly LOVES to watch the big kids play :D.

For me, I love sipping my coffee while enjoying nature.  I love being outside, especially with the weather beginning to cool down and the leaves starting to change.  It’s definitely my favorite time of the year!

A couple weeks ago, M. and I were watching a program on PBS about the parks here in Cincy (yup, we’re big documentary buffs!), and decided to meet up at Ault Park after M. got off work the next day.

You all, it’s BEAUTIFUL.  There is a large pavilion at the top of the hill with staircases leading up to it and a cascading fountain in front (where I’m standing), as well as trails, and a picnic area and pergola overlooking the river valley!

And speaking of the leaves turning, that view from the pergola is going to be STUNNING over the next couple of months, #praisehands so expect to see lots of pictures coming your way!  If you like pretty pictures, you can check out some of the gorgeous pictures taken there.

I know this is the second time in the last month that I’ve posted this field jacket, but I can’t help it–it’s PERF for fall!!  Seriously, I have all the heart eyes for the dark olive color and brass details.  I’ve paired it with coral and white shorts, denim, you name it.  If you can, check out your local J.Crew Factory store to snag this for half the price at the retail store, you won’t regret it!
