WOOT WOOT, Happy Weekend, everyone!

The weather the last couple of days has been a relief–summer rain, temperatures 20 degrees lower than what it has been–It’s giving me all the Autumn feels, yo!

So while I am trying to hold on to summer and get my fall fix, I’ve been trying to mix up my summer pieces and put a pre-fall spin on them.

While I’ve worn a lot more neutrals this summer than in previous years, I’ve started upping my neutrals game as I prepare for autumn. More grays and camel-toned pieces, cognacs and hunter green…Warm, earthy shades are where it’s at!

One of my favorite transitional pieces is a pair of white denim. They can be worn in every season (yes, winter included!), and are easily paired with fall-colored blouses.

And we all know how popular wedges have been this year, and guess what? They are the PERFECT transitional piece, too!
