Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: What Is It?

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: one of the most anticipated sales to happen each year, and it only happens ONCE!

What is it: Once a year, Nordstrom has an anniversary sale in the middle of July to release the new must-have items for Fall and Winter. Where most items are released at full-price and then are marked down later, the Anniversary sale does the opposite: items are released at marked-down prices, and then go up to normal retail prices after.

When is it: If you are a card member, yo Nordstrom-Anniversary-Sale-2016-early-access u can shop the sale from July 14th-21st.

On July 22nd, the sale will be open to the public, and then prices will go back up to normal on August 8th. You might be tempted to wait until the 22nd when the sale is open to the public, but let me give you a warning; many of the must-have items of the season tend to sell out before the sale is open to the public, meaning you will either be waiting for a restock #yikes or end up paying full-price later in the season #doubleyikes.

What will be on sale: TONS of designer pieces (think: Burberry, Tory Burch, Rebekah Minkoff) and budget-friendly pieces, ankle booties, riding boots, oversized sweaters, BLANKET SCARVES, etc…You can save 25%, 30%, and sometimes even more on brand new fall & winter pieces!

How do I shop it: Two ways–if you have a Nordstrom credit or debit card, you can shop it starting on July 14th! If you aren’t a card member, you can still get a sneak peek of what is on sale, save items to your wishlist, and shop them starting July 22nd.
