When I think of tweed, I think of sophistication. Classy. Preppy.

Yes, I still love me some Gossip Girl (I’ve watched the entire series at least three times), and I think that headbands in adulthood are completely acceptable! (I am glad to see that hair bows are making a comeback!)

While I won’t be turning into a Park Avenue Princess anytime soon (like, ever), this tweed dress has me feeling all the Upper East Side feels!

And did I mention that this dress is only $23?

And that the quality is really good?

I was SUPER surprised–when it arrived and I opened the package, I lifted the dress out of the wrapping and was speechless.

For the most part, anything I’ve purchased or received from SheIn has been pretty good quality, but when I placed my order for this tweed dress, my expectations weren’t very high. I figured it would be a good-looking, decent imitation of tweed fabric and nothing more.

Boy, was I wrong! The material is sturdy, not at all flimsy, and it looks like something that would be purchased from a boutique.

The only thing I would caution you on, is that the length runs a bit short. For you vertically-blessed ladies, it would look super cute paired with faux leather leggings!

In fact, I plan on pairing this tweed tunic with my faux leather leggings–I’m on a bit of a tweed kick, lately! (Kind of obsessed with this babydoll blouse in pink!)
