YOU GUYS—-it’s actually starting to feel like fall around here!! Over the last couple of days, the temperature highs are low 70s, and the mornings are even cooler, so you know what that means….It is OFFICIALLY Blanket Scarf/Vest/Chunky Sweaters/Boots/Pumpkin Spice err-thang Season, woot WOOT! *cues confetti*
My husband and I took a long walk after taking blog pictures last night, and I didn’t even break a sweat! (That’s a huge win, being 38 weeks pregnant!)

I spent all last week cleaning and organizing like a mad-woman, trying to get finish up everything before Baby Girl makes her debut. (Any day now!)
Now when I say “like a mad-woman”, what that really looks like is I clean for 30 minutes, rest for an hour. Eat a snack. Clean for 30 minutes, rest another hour. Pee 20 times. Repeat.
It’s slow progress, but I am (finally) seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!
But enough about my week, let’s talk about one of my favorite trends this fall…Over-the-knee boots with dresses!

Let’s face it, ladies, it’s still hot out, it’s more than likely going to remain hot for another few weeks, but we are all desperate for fall weather and fall fashion. No matter what season it is, pink will always be my favorite color! My recent favorite color pairing is pink with grey, but the all-time classic is pink with navy. Timeless and chic, it is my all-time favorite!
Originally, I had worn this striped nautical J.Crew skirt with a navy tank top for a clean color palette and then added these fun tasseled earrings. Buuut unfortunately, I was only able to wear that top two times before “growing out of it”, so then I had to hunt for something else to pair it with.
