Hello lovelies!
I wish I could take credit for the inspiration behind this outfit, but all credit must go to my wonderful IG friends who helped me figure out how to style these adorable shoes I have had sitting in my closet for the past few months (thank you @thebluedollhouse and @pennsylvania_prep_girl for the white skinnies and chambray ideas!!).
Yesterday was one of those days where no matter what I tried to do with my hair, it did not want to cooperate! It started out fine, everything seemed to be in place when I went to work, but slowly throughout the day, strands here and there began to curl in funky ways and the frizzies started saluting the humidity. So I said to heck with it and threw it in a ponytail for the evening.

This beautiful cobalt and coral necklace was sent to me by Bijoux Boutique, and it is simply stunning! It adds the perfect touch of bright color without being overwhelming, and the matching earrings make it complete. And don’t you think they match wonderfully with my shoes??? Seriously, I have worn this necklace several times the past few months, and I cannot believe I had never thought to wear them with these shoes (have no idea what to pair with an item in your closet?? Just ask your friends on Instragram, PLENTY of inspiration there!!).
Seriously, what could be more adorable than blue gingham and a striped bow? You will probably start seeing these in heavy rotation before colder weather arrives!
I totally agree! Why do stores make white denim when it's too hot to wear until after Labor Day?! I totally plan on wearing mine well into fall and winter!

I'm a biga fan of "Winter White" 🙂 Just a step up from summer's bright white, but not quite a cream! I'm guilty of wearing white whenever possible, so after Labor Day, you better believe you'll be seeing it on me!! Blazer, jeans, you name it!!
